MBA 1st year students recently had an industrial visit organized by DIMR to Indian Naval Aviation – Goa, accompanied by sightseeing activities. The excursion, which took place from 28th Feb 2024 , aimed to provide the students with practical insights into the workings of Indian Naval Aviation while also offering them a recreational experience amidst the picturesque locales of Goa.
The industrial visit to Indian Naval Aviation, Goa, proved to be an enriching experience for the students. The visit facilitated interactions with naval personnel, allowing the students to gain valuable insights into the aviation operations of the Indian Navy. MBA –Prime students learned about the technological advancements, safety protocols, and operational procedures implemented in naval aviation, thereby complementing their theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.

The Initiative of Wonder Cars team was truly inspiring and all the sessions were enlightening, and full of value-adding inputs with practical perspectives.

On March 14, 2024, we orchestrated a marketing session for our MBA students at the Indian Gaming Show in Magarpatta, Pune. The aim was to expose our students to the dynamic realm of esports and online gaming, shedding light on the transformative influence of technology on marketing strategies.
In today’s digital era, the notion of “Place” in marketing has undergone a metamorphosis, with businesses harnessing online platforms to effectively reach and engage their target demographic.

Dr. Maske emphasized the importance of continuous self-upgradation for sustaining one’s job in the ever-evolving tech landscape. DIMR had organized a field trip for its MBA and MCA students to Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park on 23rd January 2024.
This field trip was organized to promote wildlife education .One of the highlights of the visit was emphasis on educational program.
There was an interactive session conducted by a park representative with the students to educate them about species, their habitats and conservation efforts being undertaken.
The visit to the zoological park was both informative and enjoyable.
Embarked on a transformative journey with the brilliant Dr. Mohammed Bawaji as our guide! His expertise paved the way for an immersive Product Development Challenge where students applied 7Ps & SLEPTW Analysis, crafting innovative products. Professor Liander, Mr. Iskander and students from Mondragon University, Spain, enriched our discussions with diverse international perspectives.
Strategic brilliance was unleashed as groups delved into the 7Ps framework & SLEPTW analysis, showcasing incredible strategic thinking in developing and presenting unique products. The final product presentations were nothing short of spectacular, highlighting creativity, innovation, and the application of workshop insights.

DIMR had organised Industry visit to Katraj Dairy Pvt Ltd on 23rd Jan 2024 .
The dairy gave a visual presentation about diverse range of products manufactured by Katraj Dairy
And dairy’s contribution to the local community and the Industry.
Students were given guided tour of various production processes. Explaining of Quality control measures. Insights were given about technologies implemented in the plant.
Q&A sessions was conducted by experts . It was a learning experience for the students.
Timeless Harmony: Today’s Youth for Yesteryear’s Youth – National Youth Day Celebration
An extraordinary day unfolded at our event, where today’s youth and the vibrant souls from Navchaitanya Hasyayog Pariwar of Balewadi, led by Chairman Aaapasaheb Balwadkar, joined hands. Laughter, engaging games, and a captivating movie quiz created a joyful atmosphere that transcended generations.
MBA students orchestrated activities blending the present’s energy with the past’s wisdom, showcasing the unity in diversity within our community. Senior members actively participated, contributing unique talents, including musical performances and enchanting dances.
DIMR MBA students visited Green Tokri Farm on 29th December 2023. This industrial visit was beneficial to understand the agriculture business.
Mr.Khan gave students a warm welcome and then he helped students in making healthy wraps and the wraps were delicious and can be easily made at home.
And Mr. Khan also explained students that no crop is wasted and with all the wasted crops they generate revenue by producing Pestos and Pickles and that’s how the business sustains in today’s world.
Then he took students for the farm tour and he showed the green house where only the labours are allowed with fully covered equipments. There were only 11 labours and only 11 labours work throughout the year and a fixed schedule is repeated and the process only changes when the season changes. Green Tokri has their own IT company which is also their sister’s company and they also deliver products in a few areas in Pune and the delivery partners are also from Green Tokri itself and they don’t have any affiliation with any other delivery partner company. Before covid they had a B2B and B2C but aftet covid they only focus on B2C model as they generate 100% of their revenue, as the customets pay money in advance.
