Nyati Unitree

With Nyati Unitree came an opportunity to create an extravagant commercial building. A massive 2.5 lakh sq. ft. area site was used to create 200 units of functional and aesthetic offices. Understanding the functionality of the project, world-class amenities were integrated to ease daily office operations. Security and power backup was given utmost importance, and arrangements were made to ensure hassle-free working. The specifications and overall aesthetics were meticulously designed to create elite workspaces that reflect class. Natural light and ventilation were optimally used to reduce energy consumption. The overall intent was to create a productive environment that reflects class, and together with Tao Studio we accomplished the creation of this award winning masterpiece.
