Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the window hardware, facades, or fenestration industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the window hardware sector across India.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions from our product range.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the window hardware, facades, or fenestration industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within India to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
