Janani Janmabhoomisch Swargadapi Gariyasi (जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरीयसी meaning once motherland holds greater worth than heaven), by putting this idea into practice, Mr. Samir Ganeshrao Dudhgaonkar rejected the PhD full-scholarship offered by Professor Wayne Gibson of Michigan (America) in 2003 itself, returned to India. Idea was to serve the birthplace, and live life like role models Chhatrapati Shri. Shivaji Maharaj, own father Ex minister/MP Adv Ganeshrao Dudhgaonkar and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
By becoming the leadership of Maharashtra industry’s apex Chamber and an emerging public servant in political arena, Samir Ganeshrao Dudhgaonkar is steadfastly walking the talk…
By working with most of the good educational institutions of Marathwada and of Maharashtra, guiding youth about getting employment in the industry, efforts for the welfare of farmers/industry growth, being part of team suggesting many policies of the Government of India; Samir keeps on trying for creating prosperity for all.His efforts as Chair of Education Committee, Maharashtra Chamber were appreciated. His felicitation at hands of Great leader Shri. Nitinji Gadkari was done at Maharashtra Chamber AGM.
Such visionary steps must have been primary reason he was called as “Parbhani Youth Icon” by Maharashtra’s reputed daily “Sakal”.
On November 2016 night when PM Modiji announced Demonitisation. After getting impressed by PM Modi’s fortitude shown through demonetization, Samir thought – here is the leader who can take on the corrupt in country & PM Modi is the only chance for upright people to contribute meaningfully through political arena. The corrupt were left nowhere due to demonetization, after which most of them joined BJP in next few months.
Many other great decisions of Modi Government were loved by Samir and hence he started his political journey with this great party who wants to protect heritage of this nation.
Having served the Industry and Education sector for over 15 years, after planning out few things, Samir started political career on 2nd April 2019.

During 2019 general elections, Samir played pivotal role in holding together 20,000+ votes under his direct influence as Educated Industrious youth. The candidate for Modi team won by thin margin of about 40,000 votes only.
During Assembly elections of Maharashtra 2019, Samir was the best choice as fresh face, non-corrupt, educated BJP candidate from Jintur- Selu assembly constituency but seat was allocated to then cabinet Minister Mahadev Jankar’s Rastriya Samaj Paksha’s candidate
For the 2020 Graduate constituency of Marathwada region, Samir was top choice for defeating rivals. After losing out on the ticket, Samir was made co-in-charge of the election. Marathwada region covers 8 MP constituencies and has 46 MLA seats. To be head of a such large election, was a rare honour bestowed by biggest party of world onto a talented youth like Samir for the positive legacy he has as well as the personal accolades he has accrued.

Children Adopted for Education
Farmer Suicides-
This issue used to bother the most to Samir right at the beginning of social work. Whatever be the reason, the farmer’s family suffers the most.
Seeing this, Shri. Samir Dudhgaonkar took a pioneering decision in 2019.
Samir took up the responsibility of education of the children of the farmers who have committed suicides.
After Corona, this idea came to the fore in the whole country about orphans due to corona related death. It’s an honour working with Shri. Samir who takes steps even for a single family’s pain. Such sensitive leadership is what public always looks for.

Doubling of Jobs (DoJ)- Partly Hindi
Many people are jobless, some lost their jobs during or after Corona. This situation of unemployment has arisen not only in India but all over the world. According to a survey by CMIE (Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy) there are about 50 million unemployed youth in India in December 2021.
If this Doubling of Jobs concept proposed by Team Samir Dudhgaonkar is implemented, then surely 1 crore to 5 crore jobs will be created in 5 years. Not only this but it will reduce the loss of 15% of the country’s GDP due to various reasons. It will also help each business be 15% efficient.

Gram Sakshamikaran Abhiyan – GSA (Village Strengthening Campaign)
Unnat Bharat Abhiyan suggests that an organization should adopt five villages. Inspired by this Unnat Bharat Abhiyan of the Union Ministry of Education, a village empowerment campaign has been started in Marathwada under the leadership of Parbhani Youth Icon Samir Dudhgaonkar, a post-advocate from America.
It is easily possible for all intelligent people to daily pay attention, as a social responsibility for helping some villages. By asking for the rural problems in writing, with the help of the leading social workers of the society or by advocating to the government, those problems will be solved.
At present, in 254 villages of Marathwada, through 400 volunteers, Team Dudhgaonkar is working for the empowerment of villages under his guidance.
