School Leadership

School Leadership

We believe leadership is learned through experience. Our experiential learning journeys are a key part of this process. These outdoor adventures, set in diverse and challenging environments, go far beyond simple treks; they serve as real-world classrooms for leadership.

Before each expedition, students participate in workshops on budgeting, route planning, safety, teamwork, and problem-solving. In the field, they put these lessons into practice, building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of cooperation.

These experiences teach students that leadership is not about authority, but about responsibility, empathy, and courage in action.

Learning from the Armed Forces and Alumni

True leadership is best understood through action. At our Pune campus, students get the opportunity to visit esteemed institutions such as the National Defence Academy and Air Force stations. These experiences, along with interactions with our distinguished alumni from the armed forces and various other fields, give students a firsthand understanding of discipline, integrity, and ethical leadership.

Leadership is not just a concept we teach; it is a value we live every day. Through guidance, reflection, and real-world experiences, we aim to help every student lead with empathy, clarity, and courage.
