Admission Procedure 2026-27
Thank you for considering Sanjay Ghodawat International School Kolhapur for your child’s education. The admission process is structured to give families a clear understanding of our programmes, expectations and learning environment. Each application is reviewed with care and students participate in an age-appropriate assessment and interaction. Admission is confirmed once all documents are verified and the required fee formalities are completed.
Admission Procedure 2025-26
Purchase of Prospectus and Admission Form
Parents can obtain the prospectus and admission form by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹2,500. The form must be completed and submitted along with all required documents.
Entrance Assessment / Interaction
Nursery applicants undergo interaction and observation, EY2/EY3 students complete a written test with interaction, and Grades I–X appear for a written assessment in English, Mathematics and General Ability, followed by an academic interaction.
Parent Orientation and Principal Interaction
Parents attend an orientation session covering the curriculum, routines and safety guidelines. A mandatory meeting with the Principal follows to finalise understanding and address queries.
Confirmation of Admission
Admission is confirmed once the assessment review is completed, original documents are submitted and the admission fee along with the first instalment is paid. Formal confirmation is provided upon receipt of payment.
Key Dates for Admissions
As seats are limited, we prefer applications to be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage prospective students and parents to complete the admission process as early as possible to secure a place.
