Admission Procedure

Admissions Open for 2026–27

Thank you for considering Sanjay Ghodawat International School Belagavi for your child’s education. Each stage of the admission process is designed to be smooth, transparent and supportive for families. The school welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and ensures a seamless transition into our learning environment. Parents receive complete guidance regarding curriculum options, facilities, fees and student support services. We encourage families to reach out early, as admissions are granted based on seat availability.

Admission Procedure

Initial Enquiry and Counselling

The prospectus and admission form can be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹20,000/-, which can be paid in cash or online.

Purchase of Admission Kit

Parents may collect the admission kit from the administrative office by paying the non-refundable kit charges.

Competency Test

Students appear for a written competency test that assesses:
English: 20 marks
Mathematics: 20 marks
Science: 20 marks
The total is 60 marks and the duration is one hour.

Interaction and Interview

An interaction with the student and parents is conducted by the Principal. Admission approval is granted after the interview. Bus route verification is completed by the Transport Manager.

Submission of Application and Documents

Parents submit the completed application form along with the following:
Previous school records, birth certificate, Aadhaar card copies of the student and parents, caste certificate, immunisation or medical records and passport-size photographs of the student and parents

Fee Payment and Registration

To confirm admission, parents must pay the admission or enrolment fee, submit remaining documents and complete the required agreements or consent forms.

Orientation and Placement

Parents receive the uniform distribution schedule from the store. Class placement information is shared and families may be invited for an orientation session.

Commencement of School

The student officially joins classes from the notified start date.

Key Dates for Admissions

 As seats are limited, we prefer applications to be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage prospective students and parents to complete the admission process as early as possible to secure a place.
