EMPI Business School has been transformative in both my academic and professional journey. I did my BTech in computer science with a specialization in Big data analytics. Hence technology as an area has always fascinated me. Specializing in Research & Business Analytics and Marketing, I’ve had the privilege of learning from exceptional faculty members from the IIMs, whose insights and guidance have been invaluable. Their support was instrumental in preparing me for my internships, including my role as a Business Analyst intern, where I gained hands-on experience in data analysis and strategic decision-making.

The mentorship provided at EMPI also contributed to my selection as an Exchange Program to Tokyo, Japan where I have had the honour of representing EMPI. This trip has taught me valuable lessons that will shape my future endeavours. I've learned the importance of embracing technology and staying updated with industry trends. The culture of discipline and dedication I witnessed in Japan has motivated me to strive for excellence in everything I do.

Starting as a student passionate about HR, I've evolved into a well-rounded professional, thanks to the practical experiences and mentorship I have received. One of the most pivotal experiences in my journey was participating in the G-20 Changemaker Summit, a fiveday and night summitthat was hosted worldwide from the EMPI campus bringing together representatives from over 60 countries. The residential campus environment was buzzing with the energy and enthusiasm as all the students were intensely involved in hosting the event. This exposure allowed me to navigate complex, real-world challenges and manage uncertainties, broadening my perspective on global issues and sustainability. The experience has equipped me with the skills and mindset to contribute meaningfully to solving today’s most pressing global challenges.

I am incredibly grateful for my journey at EMPI. This experience has been nothing short of inspiring and transformative. I honed my presentation and communication skills, along with technical skills like financial modeling, Power BI, and Excel, which have been invaluable in my studies and career preparation.
