Swimmer himself/herself will be responsible for any type of injury mishap if occurred during swimming
No claim will be accepted for loss of any kind or cash.
Any kind of inappropriate behavior may lead to cancellation of membership. The decision of swimming pool management will be final.
Swimming costume and swimming cap is compulsory for swimming.
All swimmers must obey instructions of coach and lifeguard deputed at respective swimming pools.
Membership card must be show at gate at the time of entrance.
Swimming pool management will not be responsible for any loss, theft etc.
People should avoid wearing ornaments/accessories while swimming.
Liquor and smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool premises.
Members under influence any kind of drugs or liquor is not allowed to enter inside pool premises.
MEMBERSHIP IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
Membership fees is not refundable under any circumstances.
Shower is mandatory before entering the pool.
Membership fees will not be refunded if swimming pool is close due to any reason whatsoever.
Membership will not be extended under any circumstances.
Do not swim if you have a contagious illness or open wounds.
Members are Self Responsible for their belongings and valuables at pool premises.
